ABSTRACT
This article aims to analyze the discursive practices present in the training of teachers in the state of Rio Grande do Sul (Brasil), during the pandemic of Covid-19. How the government organized school activities (online), and how teaching, and education was guided by the financial logic applied in such as the accountability of school success to individuals (students and teachers). Based on the concept of Human Capital, it analyzes the relation between the ordering principles of neoliberal discourse with the digitization practices of public education. For this, the research uses concepts from Foucault's theory of discursive studies and biopolitical population governance.
